📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, most items are made-to-order or custom, and we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-designed products
  • Personalized items (logos, branding, NFC programming, etc.)
  • Bulk or wholesale orders

However, we do stand behind our quality.


✅ Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

We will accept returns or offer replacements if your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective or not functioning as intended
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition (when applicable)
  • Proof (photos/videos) is required

💳 Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)

Important:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are only issued for approved cases (damage, defect, or error)

🔁 Replacements

In most cases, we will prioritize a replacement over a refund, especially for:

  • Damaged items
  • Production defects
  • NFC-related issues

This allows us to make things right as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Minor variations in color or finish (due to 3D printing process)
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong shipping address or NFC link)

🧠 NFC Product Disclaimer

For NFC-enabled products:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate links or data
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by:
    • Third-party platforms (Instagram, websites, etc.)
    • Changes made after delivery
  • If there is a programming error on our end, we will fix or replace the item

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After production begins, cancellations may not be possible

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages

Please contact the shipping carrier directly in these cases.
