📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom, production time may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Custom design requirements
  • Current order volume

For bulk or wholesale orders, processing times will be communicated directly after purchase.

🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

We currently ship:

International orders may be subject to:

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide an incorrect address:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Include photos (if damaged)

Due to fast processing times:

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins

Most of our products are:

  • 3D printed on demand
  • Custom-designed

Because of this:

  • Slight variations may occur
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to final product
